When installing new vinyl siding, some homes require the removal of existing siding if it is rotted, buckled or warped. In the instance of siding removal, we provide your home with the protection of Tyvek moisture barrier. Our next step is to install Dow Foam Board, just as we would in a standard re-siding job. When the foam board has covered the entire exterior wall of your home, we then install a level starter strip to ensure the straightness of your siding. Next, we install vinyl corner posts as well as custom bent aluminum trim around all windows, doors and garages. Then, we install j-blocks for light fixtures, door bells, electrical outlets, house numbers, water faucets and utility vents. We offer a wide variety of accessories to accent your home. After all these steps have been completed, we can begin installing the siding panels. When the siding has reached the top of the wall, we then cut holes in the eaves for ventilation and install full vented soffit panels and a fluted lineal j-channel. To complete the siding project, we install aluminum facia for a clean finish.
